FAQ

Account Creation:

  • With each retail account, you will be given 2 referrals to give to whomever to shop with us.
  • There's ONE account per person, we can track every IP that creates an account, if you try to, we will remove you from the store.
  • If someone that you refer doesn't adhere to the polices listed, not only will their account be removed, yours will as well.
  • ALL WHOLESALE APPLICATIONS MUST SUBMIT THEIR IRS EIN LETTER OR ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION, AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE

Access to the Store

  • We hold account approvals once a month, that will be announced on our social media. Previous customers will have to sign up again as well. If you have created an account outside of this window,  please do not email asking for your account to be approved. It will be taken under consideration during the next round of approvals. 

Behavior

  • We have a 0 tolerance for rude behavior, and doing so will reserve grounds for not only the removal of your account. Due to this, we reserve the right to decline a refund if your account has been removed for this reason.

If your package contains multiples of one item

We reserve to the right to combine those items in order to cut down on environmental waste (packaging, labeling, etc). This means that if you order 2 ounces of an Hyssop, we will combine both ounces in the same packing.
